Act My Age is the sixteenth track from One Direction's fourth studio album, Four.
The song depicts all five members speaking fondly about a future point in time where they will meet again and have fun like they used to.
Background[]
On September 8, 2014, the band announced the release of their fourth album, Four, on the Today Show. The band lated tweeted about "Fireproof". On November 17, 2014 the boys announced new song "Act My Age".
The song has a distinct Irish sound and during live performances the concert lights become green, white and orange to represent the Irish flag. Towards the end of the song, the group can be heard laughing in the background.
"Act My Age" was added to the On The Road Again Tour setlist during the North American leg.
