BackgroundEdit

Tom Fletcher was born in Harrow, London on July 17, 1985, and has one younger sister named Carrie. His father, Bob Fletcher, who worked at Kodak and played in local bands, and his mother, Debbie Fletcher, a special needs teacher, encouraged and supported his love of music from a young age. He married his longtime girlfriend of thirteen years Giovanna Falcone (now Giovanna Fletcher) on May 2012, and now resides in the U.K.

McFlyEdit

Tom Fletcher started the band "McFly" in 2003 along with Danny Jones, Harry Judd, and Dougie Poynter. In 2004, "McFly" made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for "the youngest band to have a debut album go straight to number one," beating out a record that was previously held by The Beatles.
